Rise Vertical
Straight up. Every platform is above the last.
BY EK GAMES
One tap. Perfect timing.
A matte black cube. Porcelain platforms that slide. One tap commits you to the jump. Nothing to aim. Nothing to hold.
Thousands of you played the original JOX, the game Apple featured and Nanovation Labs published. Hundreds of you have asked for more ever since. So now we are back with JOX II: new stages and new game modes, for all of you.
Three directions
150 stages, 50 in every direction, easy at first and harder all the way. Same simulation, only the jump vector changes.
Straight up. Every platform is above the last.
Left to right. The route runs along the horizon.
The diagonal. Up and across in one arc.
Platforms
Size decides how hard it is. Colour tells you before you jump.
+10 points
Large. The safe landing.
+25 points
Medium. Worth the care.
+50 points
Small, with a diamond on top.
+30 points
Land on it and the fuse starts. Five seconds. Exactly.
Every colour has a price.
Base points per landing, before size and extras.
Cubes with a character
Some platforms have opinions. Each adds a bonus on top.
+10 bonus
It spins you up, then flings you on your way. Dizzy, not dangerous.
+15 bonus
Three layers, and every one slips away. Jump early, or sink.
+10 bonus
It cracks, then it shatters. Admire the view quickly.
+20 bonus
Solid, then not. Watch the outline and land while it is real.
Built to be fair
Everyone plays the same stage, and every run is checked before it counts. So when your name shows up on the rankings, you know you earned it. And so did everyone above you.
Every run checked · every rank earned
One stage, the same for everyone, every day. Play it and keep your streak alive.
Add friends with a code. Challenge them head to head on a stage. Best score wins.
When the Journey is done, the corridor keeps going. Solver-proven, so every jump is possible.
A jump is a haptic, not a sound. Precision landings chime because they are rewards. Reduced motion, reduced flash and high contrast are one tap away.
Land dead centre often enough and a bonus roll waits at the end of the run: three reels of platform colours, stopped one at a time by you. Nothing is random, so the points count on the board like any other.
In Endless a thin line runs up the right edge carrying your own best in gold and the nearest friend above it in their colour. Both are there from the first second, so you watch them come — and the game says whose mark you just passed.
Miss the same course four times running and you are offered the jump that keeps catching you, on its own: the same two cubes, the same rhythm, nothing scored and nothing to lose. It makes you better at the jump. It never makes the jump easier.

Eight colours are free and always were: the one you pick for your face is the one you jump with. The last six are materials rather than colours, so you can tell one across a room — and each is locked behind a badge.
